Helene Lauterböck

The actress Helene Lauterböck got an education as an actress and afterwards she made her stage debut in Olmütz in 1913.
Her engagements led her till to Vienna where she appeared on the big stages.

She was also a regular guest in movies, her first one was the silent movie "Die Frau von gestern und morgen" (28).

Till the end of World War II she took part in the productions "Der junge Baron Neuhaus" (34), "Hannerl und ihre Liebhaber (36), "Der Mann, von dem man spricht" (37), "Hotel Sacher" (39) and "Der liebe Augustin" (40).

She continued her career both as a stage and movie actress.
To her well-known postwar movies belong "Alles Lüge" (48), "Der alte Sünder" (51), "Mädchenjahre einer Königin" (54), "Sissi - Die junge Kaiserin" (56), "Sissi - Schicksalsjahre einer Kaiserin" (57), "Katia - die ungekrönte Kaiserin" (59) and "Protektionskind" (62).

Her last cinematical work was the telerecording of her stage acting in "Onkel Wanja" (83) which was also her last appearance at the theater.
Hans Pössenbacher was married with the actress Irene Carol.
