The actor Charles H. Croker-King launched his film career in the silent movie era of the 20s after an already successful acting career at the theater.

To his silent movies of those years belong "A Question of Trust" (20), "The Tavern Knight" (20), "The Four Just Men" (21) and "The Experiment" (22).

The theater remained his main activity and Charles H. Croker-King continued to appear in front of the camera sporadically.

After a longer cinematical interruption he continued his film career in the sound film era of the 30s for a brief time, among others he took part in "The White Angel" (36), "Libeled Lady" (36), "Lloyd's of London" (36) and "45 Fathers" (37).
