. The actress Sydney Fairbrother made her film debut in 1916 with the movies "Under Suspicion" (16), "Temptation's Hour" (16) and "The Game of Liberty" (16). It followed "In Bondage" (19) and "Faith" (19). It followed other interesting roles in well-known productions in the 20's. Sydney Fairbrother impersonated impressive support roles in "A Temporary Gentleman" (20), "The Bachelor's Club" (21), "Don Quixote" (23), "Sally Bishop" (24), "Raising the Wind" (25), "Nell Gwynne" (26) and "Confetti" (27). The transition to the talkies didn't cause difficulties for her and
she appeared in the movies "Down Our Street" (31), "The Second Mrs. Phipps"
(32), "Murder on the Second Floor" (32), "Double Dealing" (32), "The Crucifix"
(34), "Brewster's Millions" (35), "Fame" (36), "King Solomon's Mines" (37)
and "Rope" (39).
