The actress Julia Faye was especially in the silent movie era very successful and worked together with Cecil B. DeMille more often than any other actress.

She already began her career in 1915 with "The Lamb" (15) and "Don Quixote" (15). It folllowed "His Last Laugh" (16), "The Woman God Forgot" (17), "Sandy" (18), "The Squaw Man" (18), "Venus in the East" (19) and "Male and Female" (19).

Her most successful time followed in the 20's where she took part in countless movies. To these movies belong "Forbidden Fruit" (21), "The Snob" (21), "Fool's Paradise" (21), "Manslaughter" (22), "The Ten Commandments" (23), "Hell's Highroad" (25), "The King of Kings" (27), "His Dog" (27) and "The Godless Girl" (29).

Her roles became smaller from the 30's still she also appeared in many talkies.
