. The actor Leslie Henson was a famour comedian on the stage and his mimic art enraptured the audience to laughing fit. He had his first appearances in front of the camera in the silent movie era with "The Lifeguardsman" (16), "The Real Thing at Last" (16), "Broken Bottles" (20) and "On with the Dance" (27). But Leslie Henson concentrated to the West End Theater in the next years
where he worked as a comedian.
After an interruption of more than 20 years he made a brief comeback
in the cinema with "Home and Away" (56), one year later the likeable comedian
died.
