The actor Tom Reynolds was a successful actor and producer in the world of the theater when he entered the film business at the age of 50.

He made his film debut in 1916 with "The Lyons Mail", it followed "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Sailor" (18), "The Elder Miss Blossom" (18) and "The Right Element" (19).

In the 20's followed the height of his film career. He took part in the productions "A Temporary Gentleman" (20), "The Last Rose of Summer" (20), "The Magistrate" (21), "A Bachelor's Baby" (22), "The Knockout" (23) and "She" (25), than it followed a serial of movies with the character Bindle - "Bindle's Cocktail" (26), "Bindle Introduced" (26) and "Bindle at the Party" (26).

His last movie was the talky "Birds of Prey" (30).
