. The actor Samuel Le Bihan joined the theater school "Rue Blanche" and afterwards the conservatory for "National Supérieur D'Art Dramatique". He made his film debut in 1987 with "Le beauf" (87), it followed the serial "La chaîne" (88) and "Volt egyszer egy légio" (89). He became established in the French film business from the 90s and his roles became bigger. After movies like "Sale comme un ange" (91) and "La place d'un autre" (93) he managed his breakthrough with his appearance in "Trois couleurs: Rouge" (94). Since then Samuel Le Bihan gets offered roles regularly for very different productions, among them "Le fusil de bois" (94), "Capitaine Conan" (96), for which he was nominated for the César as most promising actor, "Le cousin" (97), "A vendre" (98) and "Vénus beauté (institut)" (99). To his latest cinematical works belong "Pourquoi t'as fait ça?" (01), "Le pacte des loups" (01), "Une affaire privée" (02), "Pour le plaisir" (04), "The Last Sign" (05), "Disco" (08), "L'ennemi public no 1" (08) and "En apparence" (10).
