André Brunot

The actor André Brunot was active as a stage actor in the first place still he already made his film debut in 1923 with "L'affaire Blaireau" (23). His cinematical works kept seldom in the period following, in the talkies of the 30's he took part in "Les précieuses ridcules" (34), "Hôtel du Nord" (38) and "Pièges" (39).

His performances in front of the camera increased noticealby in the 40's and he acted in "La maison des sept jeunes filles" (42), "La belle aventure" (42), "Pas un mot à la reine mère" (47), "Vertiges" (47), "La nuit blanche" (48) and "Deux amours" (49).

After that his appearances in movies decreased again, to his last productions belong "Le rouge et le noir" (54), "Le comte de Monte-Cristo" (55), "Maxime" (58) and "La cerisaie" (66).
