. The actor Jean Dujardin first worked for his parents' company before he developed his interest in acting. He started his artistic career with a one-man who, later he has first successes at the talent show "Graines de Star" 1996 with the comedy group "Nous C Nous". Finally he was spotted for the film, first for television with serials like "Farce attaque" (98) and "Un gard, une fille" (99-03), afterwards followed TV movies and motion pictures like "Bienvenue chez les Rozes" (03), "Les Dalton" (04) and "L'amour aux trousses" (05). He managed his breakthrough on the big screen with "Brice de Nice" (05) and "OSS 117: Le Caire, nid d'espions" (06). Afterwards followed productions like "Hellphone" (07), "99 francs" (07), "Ca$h" (08), "Un homme et son chien" (08) with film legend Jean-Paul Belmondo, "Lucky Luke" (09), the sequel "OSS 117: Rio ne répond plus" (09) and "Les petits mouchoirs" (10). Already well-known in France he was catapulted into the Olympus of the
international film with his leading role in "The Artist" (11).
Afterwards he took part in movies like "Les infidèles" (12), "Möbius" (13), "The Monuments Men" (13) and "Le petit joueur" (13). Jean Dujardin is married with the actress Alexandra Lamy.
