The actress Brigitte Fossey already made her film debut at the age
of six years when she appeared in the international successful movie "Jeux
interdits - Verbotene Spiele".
It followed to other productions in which she impersonated children
- "La corda d'acciaio" (53) and "The Happy Road" (57).
After that followed a ten-year break and she studied piano, dance and
philosophy and worked as a translator in Geneva.
She made her successful comeback in 1967 with "Le grand meaulnes" (67)
and became established as a mature actress in the next years.
She had her breakthrough in the 70's and the agile actress took part
in productions like "Mio" (70), "M comme Mathieu" (73), "The Man Who Died
Twice" (73), "Les valseuses" (74), "La brigade" (75), "L'homme qui aimait
les femmes - Der Mann, der die Frauen liebte" (77), "Die gläserne
Zelle" (78) and "Quintet" (79).
She acted in front of the camera for films as well as TV productions
in the next years, among them "La Boum" (80) and the sequel "La Boum 2"

(85) and "L'été de la révolution" (89).
