. The actor Daniel Lecourtois launched his film career at the beginning of the 30's with movies like "Monsieur le maréchal" (31), "La fortune" (31),"La belle aventure" (32), "Madame Bovary" (33), "Le domino vert" (35), "La garçonne" (36) and "La cité des lumières" (38). When World War II came to France he didn't appear in any movies, only after the war he went on from his earlier success with the productions "Rêves d'amour" (47), "Souvenirs perdus" (50), "Les joueurs" (51), "Gamin de Paris" (54) and "Les grand familles" (58). His appearances in front of the camera kept seldom in the 60's, among others he took part in "L'ours" (60), "Le massacre des innocents" (61), "Les bonnes causes" (62) and "The Train" (64). The 70's marked a striking increased engagement in Daniel Lecourtois film career who performed regular again in cinema and TV productions in this decade. To these movies belong "La rupture" (70), "La belle aventure" (71), "Docteur Popaul" (72), "Stavisky..." (74), "Verdict" (74), "Vincent, François, Paul...et les autres" (74) and "Judith Therpauve" (78). His last cinematical works came in the 80's into being with "Mon père
avait raison" (80),"L'examen" (81) and "Ce fut un bel été"
(82).
