The actress Geneviève Page launched her impressive film career
at the beginning of the 50's with movies like "Pas de pitié les
femmes" (51), "Fanfan la Tulipe" (52), "Lettre ouverte" (53) and "Cherchez
la femme" (55). It followed "Michel Strogoff" (56) and "Un amour de poche"
(57).
She could successfully extend her career to the international film where
she was convincing with her acting abilities.
To these movies belong "El Cid" (61), "Le jour et l'heure" (63), "La
chambre" (64), "Trois chambres à Manhattan" (65), "Grand Prix" (66),
"Belle de jour" (67), "Mayerling" (68) and "The Private Life of Sherlock
Holmes" (69).
Her appearances in front of the camera became more seldom from the 70's,
still she remained true to the film business till today.
To her latest movies belong "La cavale" (71), "Buffet froid" (79),
"Beyond Therapy" (87), "Les bois noirs" (89), "L'inconnu dans la maison"
(92) and "Rien que du bonheur" (03).
