. The actress Paula Denk began her career at the theater in Berlin, later followed engagements in other cities too, among them at the Kammerspielen in Munich. She entered the film business in the 30s and she impersonated roles in the movies "Das verliebte Hotel" (33), "Rosen aus dem Süden" (34) and "Eskapade" (36). She continued her career after the war, first at the theater, later also in front of the camera again. To her well-known movies and TV productions after the war belong "Ein Glas Wasser" (58), "Die Möwe" (63), an episode of the serial "Das Kriminalmuseum: Die Ansichtskarte" (65), "Ein Tag in Paris" (66), "Mord im Pfarrhaus" (70), the serial "Die Fälle des Herrn Konstantin" (74) and an episode of the serial "Derrick: Madeira" (75). Laura Denk was married with the actor Max Eckard.
