The actor Alfred Dennert only took part in few movies from 1918 and his film career already ended in 1921.

He played in the movie "Im Zeichen der Schuld" (18) the role of Georg Barker under the direction of Richard Eichberg. To his co-stars belonged Leontine Kühnberg, Bruno Decarli, Helga Molander and Guido Herzfeld.

As Mr. Neuhof he appeared in "Tausend und eine Frau" (18) with Erich Kaiser-Titz, Ernst Hofmann, Harry Lamberts-Paulsen and Lucy Kieselhausen and in Carl Boese's "Liebe und Leben, 3. Teil: Zwei Welten" (18) he impersonated Kurt von Versen with Grete Weixler and Max Ruhbeck.

In his last movie "Unrecht Gut" (21) directed by Carl Wilhelm he played the role of Gysbert von Tannow at the side of Mathilde Sussin, Max Ruhbeck and Martha Novelly.
