The actress Tamara Desni began her film career at the beginning of the 30's in Germany and took part in the productions "Ehe mit beschränkter Haftung" (31), "Der Schrecken der Garnison" (31) and "Im Geheimdienst" (31).

Afterwards she moved to England where she was able to continue her career successfully.
She appeared among others in movies like "Falling for You" (33), "Jack Ahoy" (34), "Dark World" (35), "Love in Exile2 (36), "Fire Over england" (37) and "Traitor Spy" (39).

She took part in only few more movies in the 40's, to these movies belong "Flight from Folly" (45), "Send for Paul Temple" (46) and "The Hills of Donegal" (47).
Her last movie was "Dick Barton at Bay" (50).

Her mother was the well-known actress Xenia Desni.
