The actress Kitty Dewall was born as Katharina Wanda Darqueville in Berlin. She was active in the German film business from 1912, her cinematical activities remained limited to this decade.

To her first movies belong "Ein Lebenslied" (12), "Seltsame Köpfe" (16) and "Bobby als Amor" (16).

Afterwards she took part in the productions "Das fidele Gefängnis" (17), "Lori & Co" (17), "Der geprellte Don Juan" (18) and "Die platonische Ehe" (19).
