. The actor Ilja Dubrowski appeared only in few silent movies of the 20s. His first movie was the Karl-May filming "Die Teufelsanbeter" (20) directed by Marie Luise Droop with Carl de Vogt, Bela Lugosi, Fred Immler and Meinhart Maur. It followed Edmund Heuberger's "Die Sonne Asiens" (21) with Henry Sze, Paul Otto, Victor Varconi, Aruth Wartan and Nien Soen Ling. His last work in front of the camera was the production "Wer bin ich?" (22) at the side of Bruno Eichgrün, Emil Sondermann and Maria Zelenka. |
