Fritz Falkenstein

. The screenwriter Fritz Falkenstein joined the film business at the end of the 20s and he wrote the screenplays for movies like "Die Siebzehnährigen" (29), "Spelunke" (29), "Quartier Latin" (29) and "Geheimpolizisten" (29). His last screenplays came in the 30s into being and he wrote the scripts for "Auf Leben und Tod" (30), "Der Nächste, bitte!" (30), "Nie wieder Liebe" (31), "Aus einer kleinen Residenz" (32) and "Ballhaus goldener Engel" (32). With the rise of the National Socialist he first went to France where he took part as a screenwriter for "Tarass Boulba" (36), finally he went to the USA where he wrote his last screenplays for "The Perfect Specimen" (37) and "Breaking the Ice" (38). Besides his activity as a screenwriter Fritz Falkenstein also appeared in front of the camera for the movie "Die Brillantenmieze" (21). Later he went to the USA where he called himself Norbert Faulkner nannte. He died in Los Angeles in 1986.
