The actress Gina Falckenberg was able to launch a short but interesting film career in the 30's. To her early successes belong "Ein Unsichtbarer geht durch die Stadt" (33), "Der junge Baron Neuhaus" (34), "Der Zigeunerbaron" (35), "Boccaccio" (36) and "Anna Favetti" (38).

With the outbreak of the war her career came to a standstill. She only appeared in two Italien productions in the 40's called "Anime in tumulto" (41) and "Gli uomini sono nemici" (47).

Later she also worked as a writer, among others she coopertated in the script for "Mein Vater, der Schauspieler" (56), together with Maria Matray and Klaus Hardt.

Gina Falckenberg was married with the director Giulio del Torre.
