. The writer and director Ludwig Hamburger entered the film business in 1914. He realised the movie "Irrfahrt ins Glück" (14) as a director and he also wrote the screenplay for it. To his other movies as a director belong the movies "Teufelstriller" (19), "Leichnam Nr. 427" (20), "Die schwarze Hanne" (26) and "Wien, Wien - Nur du allein" (27). He also remained active as a screenwriter till to the end of the 20s. To these productions belong "Klatsch" (20), "Aus des Rheinlands Schicksalstagen" (26), "Ännchen von Tharau" (27), "Die Waise vom Wedding" (27) and "Das Lied, das meine Mutter sang" (28). His year of death is unknown because he died in a concentration camp.
