Heini Handschumacher

. The actor Heini Handschumacher began his stage career in Darmstadt, it followed engagements in Mannheim, Leipzig and finally Munich. He joined the film business in 1940 where he impersonated support roles. To his few movies belong "Herz geht vor Anker" (40), "Venus vor Gericht" (41), "Alarmstufe V" (41), "Es lebe die Liebe" (44), "Orient-Express" (44) and "Regimentsmusik" (44). Heini Handschumacher died at the age of only 37 by a bombing raid on Munich in 1944. |
