. The actress Loo Hardy was born as Charlotte Noa in Berlin. She already began her film career in 1915 in the USA with the Thanhouser production "Fräulein Tunichtgut" (15) but her real film career began at the end of the 10's in Germany with productions like "Der Stellvertreter" (18) by Manfred Noa, "Fräulein Taugenichts" (19) and "Der Diener des Herrn Baron" (19). In the 20's followed the height of her career and she took part in movies like "Katharina die Grosse" (20) by Reinhold Schünzel, "Schneider Wibbel" (20) with Hermann Picha in the title role, "Der Roman eines Dienstmädchens" (21) with Liane Haid, "Die Bacchantin" (24) with Olga Tschechowa and "Das süsse Mädel" (26) by Manfred Noa. Her only sound film was "Der Weg nach Rio" (30). Loo Hardy died at the age of 40 of narcotic poisoning. Other movies with Loo Hardy:
