. The actor Oskar Hugelmann began his stage career in the 10s, to his engaments belong cities like Karlsruhe, Wien, St. Gallen, Munich and Innsbruck. He already impersonated his first role in front of the camera in 1920 for „Wie Satan starb“ (20), it followed the silent movie „Samson und Delila“ (22). After a longer interruption he continued his film career in 1939 with „Der arme Millionär“ (39). After the war he often played support roles. To his well-known movies of those years belong „Das unsterbliche Antlitz“ (47), „Arlberg-Express“ (48), „Das Siegel Gottes“ (49), „Weisses Gold“ (49), „Asphalt“ (51), „Die Perle von Tokay“ (54) and „Das Schlos in Tirol“ (57). His last cinematical work came into being with „Ich heisse Robert Guiscard“ (60).
