The actress Hilde Jansen was only active for few years as a movie actress.
She began her career with the movie "Gold in New Frisco" (39), directed by Paul Verhoeven.

The 40s marked the height of her cinematical career and she took part in the productions "Unser kleiner Junge" (41), "Das grosse Spiel" (42) - a football film with René Deltgen and Gustav Knuth, "Geliebter Schatz" (43), "Die Degenhardts" (44) with the great Heinrich George and "Das seltsame Fräulein Sylvia" (45) with Ilse Werner, Paul Henckels and Paul Hubschmid.
