The actor Hans Jaray began his film career with the movie "Pat und Patachon als Schwiegersöhne" (26) at Pat and Patachon's side, a legendary Danish comedian duo.

The next movie called "Die Liebe der Jeanne Ney" (27) was simultaneously the height of his long lasting career. The movie was a great success and presented Brigitte Helm as the star.

Hans Jaray acted in the 30's for movies like "Leise flehen meine Lieder" (33), "Ball im Savoy" (34) and "Fräulein Lilli" (36). But his main job he found in the world of the theater.

Still he appeared time and again in movies like "Lydia" (41), "Kolportage" (64) and "Fedora" (77) in the following years.
