The actress Dora Kaiser had an education as a dancer and was able
to gain a foothold on stage in this function and she made her stage
debut at the Wiener Hofoper in 1912.
Dora Kaiser soon became
well-known to the audience and because of her graceful appearance she
also became a demanded photo model for famous photographers.
Dora
Kaiser was spotted for the film business in 1918 and she took part in
"In einer Nacht" (18), "Die Tänzerin" (18) and "Der Rebell" (19).
The
height of her film career followed in the 20s and she appeared in
numerous popular silent movies. To these productions belong
"Grossstadtgift" (20), "Narr und Tod" (20), "Mozarts Leben, Lieben und
Leiden" (21), "Die Frau in Weiss" (21), "Kleider machen Leute" (21),
"Der Lumpensammler von Paris" (22) and "Der ungebetene Gast" (25).
Afterwards Dora Kaiser retired from public life. Her further history is not known.
