The actress Annemarie Korff acquired her acting skills at the Lessing Theater drama school in Berlin, where she studied by Else Moest.
She made her stage debut in 1933 during a theater tour in the play "Charley's Aunt."

In the same year she acted in front of the camera for the first time and she advanced to a busy supporting actress of the German film.

To her first movies belong "Der Läufer von Marathon" (33), "Amphitryon" (35), "Ein idealer Gatte" (35), "April, April" (35), "Boccaccio" (36), "Anna Favetti" (38), "Du und ich" (38) and "Nanette" (39).

In 1940 she made her last cinematical works with "Mädchen im Vorzimmer" (40) and "Wie konntest Du, Veronika! (40).

After the war she continued her career as a stage actress.
