The screenwriter Louis Levy joined the film business in 1915 where he wrote several scripts in the next years.

His first screenplay was for the production "Hämnaren" (15), it followed "Madame de Thèbes" (15), "Dora Brandes" (16), "Das Liebes-ABC" (16), "Die Rose der Wildnis" (18), "Das Eskimobaby" (18) and "Nach dem Gesetz" (19).

Afterwards it lasted till 1933 before a next screenplay of him was filmed with "Waltz Time" (33).
