The Swedish actor Einar Linden began his film career in Germany with the productions „Pauline“ (14) with Gertrud Arnold, Alice Hechy and Fred Sauer as well as „Um Liebe und Ehre“ (14) at the side of Ernst Hofmann, Martha Novelly and Albert Paul. Afterwards he went to the USA where he continued his film career. He impersonated roles in the silent movies „The Family Stain“ (15) with Dixie Compton, Frank Evans and Carl Gerard, as Don Jose „Carmen“ (15) directec by Raoul Walsh with Theda Bara and Carl Harbaugh, „The Eternal Sappho“ (16) with Theda Bara, James Cooley and Warner Oland, „The Iron Woman“ (16) with Nance O'Neil, Evelyn Brent and Alfred Hickman, „Romeo and Juliet“ (16) with Theda Bara, Harry Hilliard and Glen White as well as „Hedda Gabler“ (17) at the side of Nance O'Neil, Aubrey Beattie, Agnes Ayres and Alfred Hickman. |
