. The costume designer Ilse Naumann was born in 1905 in Berlin and she was busy for both the theater and the film. After an education in costume design and as a styler she began a successful career as a designer of costumes.
For the film she created the costumes for the productions "Die weisse Frau des Maharadscha/Die Liebe des Maharadscha" (36), "Die göttliche Jette" (37), "Nanu, Sie kennen Korff noch nicht?" (38) with Heinz Rühmann, "Salonwagen E 417" (39) with Paul Hörbiger and Curd Jürgens, "Frau Luna" (41), "Maske in Blau" (43) and "Stimme des Herzens" (43) with Marianne Hoppe. After her active career she fell into oblivion and in 1983 she died
out of money at the age of 76 in Berlin Neukölln.
