. The actress Gerda von der Osten was especially busy at the theater where she among others appeared at the Rose Theater in Berlin. She only acted rarely in front of the camera, the first time for Gründgens' "Kapriolen" (37) with Marianne Hoppe, Gustaf Gründgens, Fita Benkhoff, Maria Bard, Hans Leibelt, Max Gülstorff and Paul Henckels, as a mannequin in "Der Unwiderstehliche" (37) directed by Geza von Bolvary at the side of Anny Ondra, Hans Söhnker, Trude Hesterberg, Mady Rahl, Wilhelm Bendow, Hubert von Meyerinck and Paul Heidemann, as a housemaid in "G.P.U." (42) directed by Karl Ritter with Laura Solari, Will Quadflieg, Marina von Ditmar, Andrews Engelmann and Maria Bard and in the role of a secretary in "Germanin - Die Tat einer kolonialen Tat" (43) with Peter Petersen, Luis Trenker, Lotte Koch, Albert Lippert, Rudolf Blümner and Henry Stuart. |
