. The actress Ethel Reschke made her film debut in 1931 with "Mädchen in Uniform", it followed "Am seidenen Faden" (38) and "Im Namen des Volkes" (39). She impersonated normally support roles in the next years in well-known productions like "Die drei Codonas" (40), "Stukas" (41), "Romanze in Moll" (43) and "Grosse Freiheit Nr. 7" (44). She continued her theater and film career after the war. To her post-war movies belong "0 Uhr 15, Zimmer 9" (50), "Königin einer Nacht" (51), "Der Onkel aus Amerika" (53), "Die Rose von Stambul" (53), "Der Hauptmann von Köpenick" (56) and "Ihr 106. Geburtstag" (58). Her film appearances became rarer in the next decades, among others
she took part in "Das kunstseidene Mädchen" (60), in the serial "Tim
Frazer" (63) and in an episode of the serial "Der Kommissar: Die Tote im
Park" (72). Her last cinematical entrance was "The Late Show" (77).
