. The actor Willy Rösner made his film debut in 1929 with "Erotikon", but only from the middle of the 30's he acted regularly in front of the camera, often in movies with a regional background. To his first successes belong "Der Klosterjäger" (35), "Der Jäger von Fall" (36),"Frau Sixta" (38), "Wasser für Canitoga" (39) and "Der arme Millionär" (39). During wartime he appeared only in few movies, among them "Im Schatten des Berges" (40) and "Der Ochsenkrieg" (43), only from the 50's his activity in the film business increased again. To the popular movies of those years belong "Grenzstation 58" (51), "Die schöne Tölzerin" (52), "Salto Mortale" (53), "Ludwig II" (55), "Lola Montez" (55), "Kitty und die grosse Welt" (56), "Jägerblut" (57), "…und führe uns nicht in Versuchung" (57) and "Die Gans von Sedan" (59). His last cinematical works came in the 60's into being with "Sturm im
Wasserglas" (60), "Lausbubengeschichten" (64) and "Die Pfingsorgel" (65).
