. The actor Fritz Schröter already joined the film business in 1912 and he impersonated his first roles in the movies "Der Eid des Stehan Huller" (12) and "Treff Bube" (13). He continued his film career in the 10s and he took part in "Der schwarze Husar" (15), "Der schwarze Pierrot" (16) and "Das Erbe vom Lilienhof" (19). In the 20s followed again numerous silent movies like "Die Geheimnisse des Zirkus Barré" (20), "Der Verächter des Todes" (20), "Das Gefängnis auf dem Meeresgrund" (20), "Das begrabene Ich" (21), "Zwischen Nacht und Sünde" (22), "Der Schrei nach Glück" (25) and "Jugendsünden" (29). With the rise of the sound film followed only few more cinematical appearances, among them "Freiheit in Fesseln" (30), "Täter gesucht" (31) and "Ein Lied klagt an" (36).
