The actress Liselotte Schreiner began her film career during World War II with "Die goldene Stadt" (42) directed by Veit Harlan with Kristina Söderbaum, Eugen Klöpfer, Annie Rosar, Dagny Servaes, Paul Klinger and Rudolf Prack.

But it lasted till 1954 before she continued her career in front of the camera.
From the 50s followed few more cinematcial works in "Um die neunte Stunde" (54) as Rahel with Carl Kuhlmann, Pinkas Braun and Jochen Meyn, she played Gertrud Stauffacher in "Wilhelm Tell" (56) with Ewald Balser, Albin Skoda, Raoul Aslan, Otto Schmöle, Paul Hartmann, Philipp von Zeska and Erich Auer, "Maria Stuart" (59) with Judith Holzmeister, Albin Skoda, Fred Liewehr and Heinz Moog, as Rothackerin in "Katharina Knie" (64) with Attila Hörbiger, Christiane Hörbiger, Ger hard Riedmann, Lina Carstens and Alexander Kerst and playing the mother of Jedermann in "Jedermann" (70) directed by Leopold Lindtberg and Hermann Lanske with Ernst Schröder, Ewald Balser, Peter Arens, Heinz Reincke and Kurt Heintel.
