. The actor Friedrich Siems was active as a stage actor in the first place, only rarely he also appeared in front of the camera. He began his stage career in Hamburg from 1921, it followed engagements in Stuttgart, Bremen, Kassel and Stettin where he also realised some plays as a director. In his first movie "Aus der Jugendzeit" (21) he acted at the side of Lotte Gayen, Martha Hachmann-Zipfer and Arnolf Risch. Afterwards he took part in "Dunkle Gewalten" (24) where he played the role of Kurt with Julius Kobler and Martha Hachmann-Zipfer. After World War II he continued his stage career in Lübeck and Cologne. |
