The filmcomposer Walter Sieber entered the film business as a composer in 1930 and at the beginning of his career he wrote the music for feature movies like "Zapfenstreich am Rhein" (30), together with Hans Erdmann "Das Testament des Dr. Mabuse" (33) and "Ännchen von Tharau" (35). Afterwards he normally wrote the music for numerous short movies and he remained active as a composer till 1939. To his works of those years belong "Hier irrt Schiller" (36), "Wie ein Wunder kam die Liebe über Nacht" (36), "Potpourri" (36), "Die Hasenpforte" (36), "Meiseken" (37), "Kleines Intermezzo" (38) and "Haydns letzter Besucher" (39). Walter Sieber only continued his career as a film composer after the war from 1949 but his works remained limited to few more movies. To these productions belong "Die blauen Schwerter" (49), "Die Unbesiegbaren" (53), "Das Fräulein von Scuderi" (55) and "Gejagt bis zum Morgen" (57).
