. The actor and opera singer Herbert Stock was active as a singer in the first place. Still he launched a brief film career at the beginning of the 20s. Within few years he impersonated roles in movies like „Aus den Tiefen der Grosstadt“ (21), „Das Geheimnis der Santa Maria“ (21), „Der Abenteurer“ (22), „Jugend“ (22), „Der bekannte Unbekannte“ (22) and „Friedrich Schiller“ (23). Shortly afterwards he died at the age of only 39. |
