. The film composer Walter Ulfig already joined the German silent movie in 1926 and he wrote his first compositon for the movie "Bushido" (26). He became established as a film composer in the next years he he wrote the score for numerous movies, especially during the 20s. To these movies belong "Venus im Frack" (27), "Königin Luise" (27), "Svengali" (27), "Bigamie" (27), "Der Orlow" (27), "Frau Sorge" (28), "Flitterwochen" (28) and "Frühlingserwachen" (29). During the sound film era of the 30s he wrote again the music for several productions but more often for short movies. Among these movies belong "Grün ist die Heide" (32), "Höllentempo" (33), "Achten sie auf Meyer" (33), "Die beiden Seehunde" (34) and "Ikaruskinder" (38). From the end of the 50s Walter Ulfig concentrated to television and he wrote music for "Wie die Wilden" (59), "Fahrt ins Blaue" (60) and "Oh, diese Jugend" (62).
