. The actor Hans Wassmann was already at the beginning of the 20th century a successful young theater actor who knew to convince with his performance ability. His earliest movies can be backdated to the year 1908 where he appeared in the movie "Die Brettlgräfin" (08). In the following years he played together with stars like Alfred Abel in "Lola Montez" (18), Emil Jannings and Marlene Dietrich in "Tragödie der Liebe" (23), Hans Brausewetter in "Ein Glas Wasser" (23) and Hans Albers, "Die keusche Susanne" (26) and Marlene Dietrich in "Eine Dubarry von heute" (27). Hans Wassmann also appeared in the early talkies, among others in the
movies "Der Hauptmann von Köpenick" (31), "Ronny" (31) and "Es wird
schon wieder besser" (32).
