. The actor Arthur Wiesner began his career at the theater where he appeared in Breslau in 1922 for the first time. Two years later he went to Konstanz, later followed engagements in Erfurt, Magdeburg, Prague and after the war Berlin. Arthur Wiesner joined the film business in 1937 when he appeared in "Unternehmen Michael" (37). He only appeared regular in front of the camera from the 40s and he impersonated roles in the productions "Hauptsache glücklich!" (41), "Das grosse Spiel" (42), "Paracelsus" (43), "Reise in die Vergangenheit" (43) and "Es fing so harmlos an" (44). He continued his film career after the war with movies like "Die Nacht der Zwölf" (49), "Der Rat der Götter" (50), "Familie Benthin" (50), "Canaris" (54), "Rose Bernd" (57), "Der eiserne Gustav" (58) and "Die Frau des Bäckers" (63). Besides his activity as an actor he also worked regular for radio plays.
