The actor Clifton Boyne had already had a great career at the theater when he made his film debut in 1922.
To his first movies belong the Sherlock Holmes filming  "The Musgrave Ritual" (22) and "The Crimson Circle" (22).
Other silent movies were "Somebody's Darling" (25) and "Mutiny" (25).

His appearances in front of the camera kept seldom in the talkies too. To these productions belong "Other People's Sins" (31) and "Hard Steel" (42).
