The actor Harvey Braban first acted at the West End theater before he
joined the film business in 1920.
To his first movies belong "The Yellow Claw" (20), "The Prince and
the Beggarmaid" (21) aas König Hildred, "A Gentleman of France" (21),
"Diana of the Crossways" (22), "A Girl of London" (25), "The Golden Spurs"
(26) and the sound film version of Alfred Hitchcock's "Blackmail" (29)
in the role of the chief inspector.
His last cinematical works came in the the 30s into being. To these
productions belong "Alibi" (31), "Boomerang" (34), "The Path of Glory"
(34), "Bulldog Jack" (35), "Sixty Glorious Years" (38) and "The Viper"
(38). Finally he was engaged for TV productions in his last two years,
among them are the movies "The Rivals" (38), "The Wooing of Anne Hathaway"
(38), "She Stoops to Conquer" (39) and "Fox in the Morning" (39).
