. The actress Marjorie Day appeared in some movies during the silent film era but she concentrated to the theater. Her first movie was "When Knights Were Bold" (16), it followed "The Woman Who Was Nothing" (17), "The Cost of a Kiss" (17) and "Damaged Goods" (19). Her appearances in front of the camera remained seldom, among others she took part in "The Story of the Rosary" (20), "Sinister Street" (22), "The Glorious Adventure" (22), "A Prince of Lovers" (22) and "The Fighting Marine" (26). Afterwards she retired from the film business. She only returned for one more time in 1941 with "Facing the Music" (41) - her only talky. |
