The actor Paul England was busy as an actor on stage as well as on the big screen. His began his film career already in 1916 with "Just a Girl" (16).
 
His appearances in front of the camera remained seldom, among others he took part in "Knee Deep in Daisies" (26) and in the sound film era of the 30s and 40s he appeared in "Charlie Chan in London" (34), "Disputed Passage" (39), "The Invisible Man Returns" (40) and "The Trial of Madame X" (48).
 
His last movie was "Knock on Wood" (54).
 
Besides his activity as an actor Paul England also directed the movie "The Trial of Madame X" (48) and wrote several scripts, amont them "It's a King" (33), "Dangerous Medicine" (38) and "The Trial of Madame X" (48).
