. The actor Fewlass Llewellyn came from the stage when he joined the film business in 1918. He made his screen debut at Margaret Bannerman's side with "Goodbye" (18). In the next year he took part in the silent movies "Dombey and Son" (19) with Lilian Braithwaite and "The Lady Clare" (19) with Mary Odette and Jack Hobbs. He continued his cinematical career in the 20s and he appeared in the productions "This Freedom" (23), "The Flag Lieutenant" (26) and "Afterwards" (28). His engagement increased with the invention of the sound film and he played support roles in well-known movies like "The Outsider" (31), "The Secret of the Loch" (34), "The Phantom Light" (35), "Stormy Weather" (35), "Tudor Rose" (36), "The Lilac Domino" (37), "Special Edition" (38) and "Stolen Life" (39). Two years after his last film Fewlass Llewellyn died at the age of 55.
