The actress Zoe Palmer began her film career in 1920 with the movies "Run! Run!" (20), "On the Reserve" (20) and "A Broken Contract" (20), which were all directed by W. P. Kellino.

After that followed a short excursion to Netherland where she took part in the movies "Onder spiritistischen dwang" (21) and "De zwarte tulp" (21).
When she returned to England it followed her last silent movies with "Walls of Prejudice" (21), "Was She Guilty?" (22) and "Sweeney Todd" (28).

She only appeared in few talkies of the 30's. To these productions belong "Double Dealing" (32), "Above Rubies" (32) and "The Blamey Stone" (33) with Tom Walls.
