. The actor Arthur Riscoe was born as Aruthr C. Boorman. He became well-known during the 10s as a stage actor and he was very
successful as a comedian.
Afterwards followed a longer interruption before he returned to the film business in the sound film era of the 30s. There he normally impersonated support roles. To these movies belong "For the Love of Mike" (32), "Going Gay" (33), "For Love of You" (33), "Public Nuisance No. 1" (36), "The Street Singer" (37) and "Paradise for Two" (37). His last movie came in 1941 into being with "Kipps" (41).
