. The director Marcel de Sano began his film career with Universal and he directed movies like "Beautifully Trimmed" (20) with Carmel Myers and "The Dangerous Moment" (21), again with Carmel Myers. From the middle of the 20's he worked for different studios and realised the movies "The Girl Who Wouldn't Work" (25) with Lionel Barrymore, "Tame Mane and Wild Women" (25) and "Blarney" (26) with Renée Adorée. At the beginning of the 30's came his last movies into being with "Peacock Alley" (30) with Mae Murray, "Le procès de Mary Dugan" (30) with Charles Boyer, "Boudoir diplomatique" (31) with Ivan Petrovich and "El proceso de Mary Dugan" (31). Marcel de Sano died in 1939 in France at the young age of 42.
