. The actress Heather Thatcher began her film career already in 1915 with "The Prisoner of Zenda" (15), it followed the movies "The Key of the World" (18) and "The Green Terror" (19). In the 20's she took only part in few more silent movies like "A Little Bet" (20), "Home Influence" (20) and "The Plaything" (29). In the talkies of the early 30's she appeared in British productions
like "Comets" (30), "But the Flesh Is Weak" (32) und "The Dictator" (35),
since 1937 she finally worked in Hollywood for several years.
After 1947 she returned to Endland where she made her last cinematical
works. After the movies "Anna Karenina" (48), "Trottie True" (49), "Father's
Doing Fine" (52), "Duel in the Jungle" (54) and "The Deep Blue Sea" (55)
she retired from the silver screen.
